Vanlife Welcomes the Hyundai Staria Camper Van

The Hyundai Staria Camper Van: Vanlife Never Looked So Good!

I love the idea of having a vehicle you can transport people in and, should the need arise, have a comfortable place to sleep overnight. For camping enthusiasts, nothing beats the freedom and flexibility of traveling in a camper van or living VANLIFE to the fullest. The new Hyundai Staria Camper Van takes this Vanlife experience to a new level with its spacious and stylish electric minivan. Whether you're looking to travel with a large group of friends or want to enjoy a solo road trip, this vehicle has the features you need to make your journey comfortable and enjoyable. This post will explore what the Hyundai Staria offers and why it should be on your radar if you want the ultimate camper van.

One of the standout features of the Hyundai Staria Camper Van is its overall look. It starts with a uniquely styled front end and ends with a spacious and versatile design. With versatile seating for up to 11 people in one model and a trim that provides ample cargo space, the Staria is perfect for camping trips with larger groups (4) or families. The van's pop-up roof (pictured above) also allows for additional sleeping space for two people, while the cabin can accommodate two more when all seats are folded down. This means you can comfortably sleep up to four people in the van, making it an excellent choice for longer trips.

In terms of amenities, the Hyundai Staria has everything you need for a comfortable camping experience. The van has a kitchenette complete with a 36l fridge and sink faucet.

Also included are two water tanks for fresh and gray water and a 12.1-inch touchscreen to control lighting, atmosphere, and the roof.

The van also has an indoor fold-out table for meals and card playing.

The outdoor slide-out table for dining and other uses (tailgating??) is a nice touch.

The inclusion of an extendable awning is a welcome touch. The campsite will be well-lit, given the ample LED lighting available throughout. This will make it easy to enjoy your outdoor space no matter the time of day.

While the Hyundai Staria does not have a bathroom, it does offer water and power access from the exterior, allowing you to attach a showerhead or other amenities if desired.

In addition, the van is designed with safety in mind, featuring a range of advanced safety features such as lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and a rear-view camera system to help you navigate safely on the road.

Conclusion: Overall, the Hyundai Staria Camper Van is another solid entry to VanLife with one major drawback. It is only available in Europe, with no plans to bring it to the States. To experience Vanlife, we may have to rely on Volkwagen's offering:

The Staria's spacious design, impressive size, and range of convenient amenities make it an ideal choice for anyone exploring the great outdoors in style and comfort. Unfortunately, you have to move overseas to experience it!
